The restaurant was recommended to me in the hotel and has always been run as a family business. The food was perfect. Of sushi in many varieties and the sashimi was perfect. The family was friendly, you felt comfortable straight away. Price I would say too cheap for the quality you get. Definitely go there!

For me the best sushi Hanover currently has to offer. Perfect sushi rice in which every grain of rice can be seen and tasted as well as a good balance between super fresh fish and rice. To make matters worse, the excellent sushi is only topped off by an extremely nice and always friendly service. Keep it up!

We think it's OK but would rather recommend ichiban, as ichiban has more choices and better food.

Small, nice restaurant. Sushi tasty but a bit dry. Large sets for up to 5 people are practical.

Please don't be fooled by the location itself, this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Hanover =) Even if the shop itself is very small with currently 7 tables, the quality is consistently very high; Whether take-away or sit-in, we have always received excellent sushi. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Keep it up :)

You can hardly put / write it in words. Super friendly staff. Location in the center at Thieleplatz. Furnishing simple and clean. Small but nice. And the sushi to melt away. Best sushi in Hanover. Absolutely okay in terms of price. I can really recommend it to everyone.

My favorite shop in Hanover. Always fresh, always deliciously aromatic, excellent value for money and very friendly service. The fact that the Japanese often eat here also speaks for the quality?.

By far the best sushi I could eat in Germany. Unreserved recommendation! If you go to Hanover and love sushi, you have to try it. The quality is of a different star!

Very good food in a small place. They are generous with the fish and have an unusual fish to rice ratio, which we liked. The renovated interior looks very nice. The staff is friendly. The only criticism we have is due to the small room: it can be relatively loud. Some acoustic dampening in a few places (under the tables?) might be a good idea.

Best in town for lunch/dinner or catering. Happy customer!

It was a small restaurant with not many tables. We had a lunch set menu and the sushi and udon were delicious at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.

Best sushi in Hannover. Super fresh and authentic. Not the nicest atmosphere to eat there (small and basic) but ok for a quick lunch and the service is friendly. For dinner we tend to pick it up to eat at home or call in for free delivery.

Was in transit in Hannover and had in the evening an appetite for a delicious sushi. Thanks to Google I came across the Sushi Do, which was not far away from the train station in Hanover and within walking distance. The places inside are limited. The food was very good in taste, so I like to come back here.

Sushi-Do is authentic japanese sushi, all are very delicious. It will be better if you make reservation since the place is little bit small. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended !!!

Very pleasant staff and can speak good English. Food was great enjoyed every bit as well as Japanese lemonade with ice ball in it that doesn't melt until you open it. Not much space inside but would still recommend

Really great sushi. Maybe it's not the pearl among the sushi restaurants, but you get quality all the time. It is a bit hidden behind the steak restaurant on the street. My recommendation is the Dragon Maki for 9.50 €

One of my 2 favorite sushi place in Hannover, particularly for its atmosphere (truly a hole in the wall, just a dozen seats) and the kindness of its employees. Maybe the most authentically japanese place you can find in town.

Decent sushi at an affordable price in Hannover. This place was a little hard to find, but we were glad we managed. The menu was a more extensive range of sushi and sashimi than we have expected, and we managed to try a selection as we went for the chirashi. The fish and seafood was quite decent. The only down side is that there were somehow really a lot of flies bothering us while we are eating (though the general hygiene of the food is completely fine).

Good quality sushi. Don't let the looks of the shop fool you. Unfortunately there aren't many sushi rolls to choose from and they don't have signature rolls. The place is very small and booking a table is recommend. Please note, there are no children's seats available.
